Kettlebell
Get stronger today! Train your body to use the stability system to get stronger!! Want to "Lose weight faster" this workout is for you, all you need is 30 mins. We are RKC Level I an Level II Instructors and will teach the correct and SAFE WAY!! And join one of our classes. Must take the Revved Up class to start.
Spinning
This fun focus on cardio endurance with an uplifting instructor and energetic music to truly get you into shape with cardio! Includes warm-up and cool-down to maximize results. All levels welcome.
Personal Training
Work 1-on-1 with a personal trainer to push you to your max levels. Your trainer will help you assist you to push your limits in all aspects. We can train you for any of the following:

Mat Pilates with TRX
Mat Pilates improves your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. TRX is a total body suspension training where you use your own body weight for resistance to train and give stability for the core of your body. TRX will make your body into a machine. All levels are welcome. Pilates supports whole-body functioning as well strength and endurance. This is a private class or semi - Private group class
Group Training
Don't feel like training by yourself? Train with friends or co-workers with a personal trainer to work all aspects that you want.
